Our service and pricing includes the manufacture,
assembly, and erection of the frames on your footings.
As at 1 January 2004
First bay $8500
Each extra bay $7000
Our prices include GST, and are reviewed quarterly.
Prices apply as at the date we receive confirmation of order, plus payment
of deposit.
Prices include:
1. engineering certification
2. tie-downs to footings
3. termite protection (Preschem Polesaver Rods)
4. floor joists (loft floor) to all bays
5. fascia and bargeboards
6. metal bracing to roof
Freight & Insurance: we obtain freight from professional carriers, at competitive rates.
Surcharge: for sites without power, we have to reluctantly apply a surchage of $75 per working day for provision of a petrol generator and fuel.
Works beyond frame stage
Below is a guide to costs of extra works that you may require. These are the prices that we charge to our customers, and are a guide only to assist owner-builders to cost their projects. Except for the final item, all prices include material plus labour, and apply to both designs #1 and #2.
